职位描述：
通过电话和E-mail为代理商、集成商等合作伙伴以及最终用户提供售前技术支持和咨询，经常需要到客户处进行现场讲解和产品演示。
经培训后作为培训课程的讲师，需独立或与合作伙伴一起开展培训活动。
根据实际需要，与客户经理一起为合作伙伴安排专门的技术培训活动。
撰写各种技术文档，包括系统设计方案、技术文章以及PPT演讲稿。
在与合作伙伴和最终用户进行交流的过程中努力发现和创造新的销售机会。
为大客户经理和渠道经理提供技术支持，协助完成项目销售任务。
出差频率：
该职位要求经常短期出差。
技术要求：
拥有IP网络及IT系统的技术背景和基础知识。
拥有弱电系统技术和集成经验，如CCTV、楼宇管理或其他安防系统。
熟悉 DVR/NVR/车牌识别系统/存储系统/门禁系统 中的多个系统。
拥有售前技术支持经验或技术销售工作经验。
普通话流利。
英语听说读写流利。

Provide presales support and consultation to our partners including distributors, system integrators, and resellers and in some cases to end users, which can be done over telephone and email but often also requires a trip to partners for onsite presentation and product demonstration.
Be the teacher when such training courses are arranged in the region or in cooperation with a distributor.
Work with Channel Manager and Key Account Manager to arrange and provide customized technical trainings for distributors, system integrators, resellers and in some cases end users in their location.
Develop written pre-sales material including system design proposal, technical articles and Power Point presentations.
Find new business opportunities when communicating with partners and end users.
Work with Key Account Manager and Channel Manager to handle project sales from a technical standpoint.
Travel:
The position requires frequent short traveling.
Requirements:
Technical background and knowledge of IP networks and IT system.
Technical experience from the CCTV, building management system or other physical security system.
Familiar with DVR / NVR / Licence Plate Recognition System / Storage System / Access Control System.
Experience from presales, technical support or technical sales.
Fluent in mandarin.
Fluent in English.
Personal skills:
