职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Lead teams to develop applications for Microsoft projects with .Net technologies.
2.Be a technical lead in projects. Mentor and coach team members in .Net technologies.
3.Report to Project Manager. Help Project Manager in formal proposal writing, project scheduling and estimation, cost control, managing and monitoring project procedure, quality control.
4.Improve/keep teamwork and help creating team spirit.
Requirement:
1 .BS or MS in computer science or related fields.
2 .Strong English capabilities (speaking, reading and writing) is a MUST.
3 .Strong technical experiences in .NET application development, covering all stages of software development cycle.
4. Hands-on experiences in SQL Server, multi-threading, C# and ASP.NET programming, while J2EE experience is a PLUS.
5. 1+ year experience in leading teams of 5+ engineers.
6 .3+ years professional experience.
7 .Excellent communication skills and traceable management experiences.
8 .Experience in software process control, CMMi related methodologies is preferable.
9 .Experience developing communication protocols is a preferred.
10 .Experience abroad is a PLUS .
