职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1 Establish and continuously improve testing process and teamwork, guide and monitor the testing
2 coperation with full respect of the testing protocol and milestones in terms of quality and timescale
3 Lead a testing team with 6~8 persons, manage the testing process and balance the work distribution.
4 Document review and verification.
5 Control the software release.
Requirements:
1 Bachelor degree or above, with good coding background.
2 Be proficient in coding in C++/C#, XML, ASP.NET and .NET Frameworks. Experience with SQL Server, 3 IIS, SOAP, and Windows Server 2003 is a plus.
4 More than 3 years working experience in a software company; with at least 1 year in Project
5 Management or QA/Testing field;
6 Logical, result driven with strong planning & organizing capabilities, deliverable under tight schedule;
7 Excellent communication, coordination, coaching and team building skills;
8 Excellent English in both oral and written. Overseas experience is preferred.
